Model Source

enumerated choices: {New|Get From File}

The Model Source parameter specifies how the LockSmith model is to be opened. The two options are:

New indicates that this is a new model that will be created from Included molecules.

Get From File indicates that this is a preexisting model that will be used for Predicting the activity of compounds that were not in the original training set.

LockSmith File

The LockSmith File parameter specifies the name of the disk file containing a preexisting LockSmith model.

LockSmith Object

short text

The LockSmith Object parameter designates the name of the LockSmith consensus map grid object to be created by the new model. This parameter also specifies the default name for the model.
