SMILES_String
long text
The SMILES_String parameter is the input for keyboard-entered strings. The SMILES string is a compact representation of atom-types and bond connectivity developed by D. Weininger. See the Theory chapter for more information. This implementation requires that the SMILES string have 79 characters or less.

Asymmetric SMILES
on/off
The Asymmetric SMILES parameter specifies whether the Daylight SMILES interpreter is to use asymmeteric notations (i.e., stereochemical configurations are to be included.) In most cases this is unnecessary, and InsightII provides tools to determine and/or correct steroechemical configuration if required.

SMILES Object
long text
The SMILES Object parameter specifies the name of the 2D SMILES object to be created from the SMILES string. Every InsightII object must have a unique designation.
